1. Scope and developer

This policy covers the PrismBeat macOS app and this official website. Developer: youbao nong. Contact: noyobo@gmail.com.

2. Audio processing on your Mac

Only after you start capture and grant macOS system audio recording permission does PrismBeat analyze playing system audio in memory to draw a spectrum. Audio is not saved as a recording, uploaded, or shared with the developer or third parties. The app does not capture microphone audio or screen images.

3. Local preferences and data collection

Language, visual effects, and window settings are stored in local preferences on your Mac and are not sent to the developer. The current version has no accounts, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. The developer does not collect, sell, or share personal information through the app.

4. Your control

Stop capture or quit the app at any time, and revoke system audio recording permission in macOS System Settings → Privacy & Security. Stopping capture releases the audio session and prevents analysis of further audio. Because no recordings are saved, the developer holds no audio files to delete.

5. Website and hosting

This website has no analytics scripts, advertising, tracking cookies, or contact forms. It does not request microphone, system audio, or screen access. The homepage animation is synthetic. GitHub Pages hosts this website; GitHub may process IP addresses, device details, and request information to provide and protect its hosting service. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. Language links navigate between pages without storing your choice in cookies or local storage.

6. Contacting support

If you email the developer, the contact details and issue information you voluntarily provide are used to respond to your request. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information, private audio, or sensitive content. Email and other support providers handle communications under their own privacy policies. You can contact the address above to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information related to your request.

7. Policy changes
